Luminita and Dietmar Karle took over the Weinkrügle in 1999 and have gained a strong reputation in the region for their down-to-earth Baden cuisine, which features Mediterranean influences and focuses on seasonal ingredients.
Whether it’s game dishes, Baden specialties, or classic asparagus dishes, head chef Dietmar and his wife Luminita always have a perfect wine recommendation from their family-owned Gerhard Karle Winery or the KAISERSTÜHLER Winzer Ihringen eG.
For guests staying in private accommodations or vacation rentals, we offer our breakfast buffet from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Reservations

We continue to offer our entire menu under the “Restaurant” section with a 10% discount for takeout.
For the sake of the environment: All our takeout meals come in biodegradable meal boxes made from sugarcane pulp fiber.
